Background and Business Philosophy

Management Methods, Inc. is a client-centered, needs based full service management consulting firm. We specialize in showing companies how to be the low cost, high quality, environmentally responsible, safety conscious leader in their industry.

Since 1984 we have served scores of organizations from Burlington, VT to Kuantan, Malaysia. We solve people, productivity, quality and environmental management problems for our clients utilizing our proprietary “Ten Essentials” methodology.

We are dedicated to serving our clients and solving their problems in a professional, cost effective and timely manner following a mutually agreed upon approach. We seek to help those we serve become more effective on their jobs while being a positive Christian influence in the workplace.  Integrity and professionalism combined with our desire to serve our clients’ needs are our guiding principles. We endorse and adhere to the code of ethics of the Institute of Management Consultants.
